15 Ounces of Dinner
This smoothie was great - it was filling and it sustained me through the night!
Ingredients: water, spinach leaves, chia seeds, banana, pineapple, apples and cayenne pepper.
Make it: I do not remember a precise recipe but try this:
- Put two cups of water in a Nutribullet
- Add 1/2 a handful of chia seeds
- Add 4-5 handfuls of spinach leaves
- Add 1 sliced banana
- Add 1 1/2 sliced apples
- Finally, add half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Grind until it is completely smooth.
